I am happy to arrange for contactless drops for local orders. Contactless drop off takes place once a week either at Tantallon, Hubley, OR Timberlea NS (Superstore or Sobey’s parking lot).
Once the order is complete (illustration finished and approved), I will contact you to let you know my drop-off date(s) and location. FYI, I will be wearing a facemask during the drop-off.
All physical products will be shipped via Canada Post. Prints are normally shipped within 1 business days after purchase. For custom work, such as house portraits (if you choose to have a physical copy) is shipped 1-2 business days after proof approval.
Any duty/customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers who select free shipping, forgo insurance/tracking on the item(s). Any items lost are the responsibility of the buyer. Items are sent via regular Canada Post without any tracking/insurance.
If you select insured shipping, once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the package.
Shipping times are difficult to predict. There are many factors.

If you require express delivery, please contact me prior to payment since this will incur an additional cost.
All care will be taken to package the goods so that they are delivered safely to you. I will NOT be held responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages.
Insured shipping ONLY: If damage occurs during the shipping and impacts the product, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and describe the damage along with i) photo of damage package prior to opening, ii) photo of the opened package, showing the damage to the artwork. Proof of damage is required along with order number and valid email.
Please make sure the address on your order is correct. Any mailing address changes made after the artwork has been sent will inquire full shipping rate plus replacement costs of the good(s) before mailing the artwork again.
If it is a gift and you want it shipped to a different address, please provide this information in additional information during the ordering process.
